Last updated 25 September 2026. These Terms apply to reply.ably.tz and the Replyably app.
These Terms & Conditions of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Replyably. They cover your use of the website and the app, including anything else the app links to as part of the service.
By creating an account, connecting a social account, or using the tray, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please don't use Replyably. Running the service also means accepting the Privacy Policy, which sits alongside these Terms and explains what we collect and why.
Replyably is a comment reply inbox. You connect the Instagram and Facebook accounts you post from, Replyably brings in the posts that have new comments, drafts a suggested reply for each comment based on how you have answered before, and publishes only the replies you tick and send.
The service is provided "as is" and can change — the accounts and features we support may grow over time.
Replyably is for people aged 16 and over who run social accounts seriously — individuals, creators, and the teams and businesses behind them. You must be legally able to enter a contract, and if you use Replyably for an organisation you confirm you are allowed to bind it to these Terms.
You may only connect accounts you own or are clearly authorised to manage, and only where your own use of them follows the platform's rules.
We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request to change or delete account details.
You connect Instagram and Facebook through Meta's own sign-in screens, where you decide what Replyably may do. We ask only for the access the tray needs: see the pages you manage, read the comments on your posts, and post replies. We never ask for your platform password.
The connection is yours to end at any time — remove it on the Accounts page, and also inside your Instagram or Facebook settings to cut access at the platform. Removing a connection stops further access and deletes what was synced through it.
Meta's platform terms and developer policies apply to that connection. If Meta changes, restricts or withdraws an API, a feature may stop working; that is outside our control and not a breach by us.
Replyably exists to help you answer people who already spoke to you. Don't use it to:
If we reasonably believe you have broken these rules, we can warn you, limit the service, or suspend the account — see Suspension and termination.
Suggested replies are drafts, not decisions. They are generated from your comment, the post caption and examples of how you have replied before. They may be wrong, off-tone, or unfit for the situation, and no draft is guaranteed to be accurate, original or suitable.
You are responsible for every reply that goes out from your account. Read what you tick, edit what needs editing, and don't send anything you wouldn't have written yourself. Nothing is published unless you press Send.
Replies may be judged by the platform as automated engagement if used carelessly; keeping your own review in the loop is part of using the tool properly.
Your posts, comments, drafts and sent replies stay yours. You give us only the limited permission we need to run the service: to store, sync, display and process them so your tray works, and to publish the replies you approve. We don't take ownership of them and we don't license them on to anyone else.
The Replyably name, logo, interface and code are ours, and you may not copy or reuse them without permission.
We aim to keep the service running, but we don't promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, platform outages, API changes, capacity limits and security incidents can all pause things. We also add, change and remove features as the service develops.
If a change materially reduces what you rely on, we'll say so in the app where we reasonably can.
Replyably is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, the price, what you get, the billing cycle and how to cancel will be shown before you subscribe, and those details will form part of these Terms for your account.
You stay responsible for your own taxes, and for any platform, app-store or payment processor charges that apply to you.
You can stop using Replyably at any time: remove your connections, then delete your account. Deleting removes your profile and the data tied to it from our live systems; backup copies expire in the ordinary rotation.
We may warn, limit, suspend or close an account if you break these Terms, put other users or the service at risk, abuse the platforms, send us unlawful content, or if we have to because of a request from a platform or from law. Where it's practical we'll tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.
If we close your account for a reason that isn't your fault and you had paid for service you can't use, we'll refund the unused part.
Replyably depends on services we don't control: Meta for Instagram and Facebook access, Google for sign-in, an AI provider for drafting, cloud hosting for storage, and error monitoring for fault reports. Each has its own terms and policies, and each can change how it works. We choose them carefully and keep what we send to the minimum each task needs, but we aren't able to govern what they do with information once it reaches them.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise that drafts will be suitable, that your replies will improve reach or sales, or that access will be fault-free. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Instagram or Facebook.
You are responsible for your use of the service and for any content you publish, and you agree to keep us safe from claims arising from your content, your account, or your breach of these Terms.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, followers, data or business opportunities, due to the use of this service. This is purely a 'Use at your own risk' service without any liability arising from that use.
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights or how you use Replyably, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before going formal, please write to us — most problems are small and get fixed faster by talking.
If a dispute can't be settled that way, it goes to the courts of Texas, except where you live and can bring a claim in your own local small-claims court instead. Nothing here stops either side from seeking urgent protection for its intellectual property or data.
